CSFA GOLD PLAN

Membership in our Association allows our members access to the Long Term Disability Plan.

Long Term Disability plans are designed to provide replacement income while the insured is unable to work because of illness or injury.  While most people are prepared for the medical costs of severe injury or sickness (through health insurance), without disability insurance, they are not prepared for the loss of wages that accompanies such a tragedy.
